At Flicker and Fated Co., I believe in the quiet magic of stories, the kind that bring comfort, connection, and warmth. Created from a love of romance and representation, Flicker and Fated is a Black and queer-owned space rooted in celebrating diverse voices and meaningful love stories.

Each candle, box, and piece of merch is thoughtfully created with care for the stories and characters that linger long after the last page. My hope is to uplift underrepresented authors and creators while building a community where readers feel seen and welcome.

Every spark matters here, and every story deserves to shine.

If I were a candle scent, I’d be something warm and cozy, like brown sugar and toasted pecans.

The seed for Flicker and Fated actually came from a silly but powerful thought: I realized I rarely saw brown areolas represented in NSFW art, and I thought, “I need to see them.” That little spark grew into something bigger, a business rooted in love, representation, and the stories that make us feel seen.
